Great for a pancake, a wrap or 'bread'. We discovered this recipe from WellnessMama. THESE CAN ALSO BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME, THEN RE-COOKED IN A PAN OR OVEN THE NEXT DAY FOR BREAD! 1.5 cups Almond Flour 3 eggs 3/4-1 cup of water (or could use a dairy free milk) OPTIONAL: Add vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, or cocoa for flavored pancakes. Mix all ingredients using an immersion blender (aka a hand held blender) or simply whisk together until batter is a pourable consistency. Make 1 pancake to test.

1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology 1 Tbsp Almond Butter 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk 6 ice cubes Blend in Vita Mix or good blender

This is beyond delish and will become your new dish for pasta night!

1 Banana (very ripe) 1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology 2 Organic eggs Cook on medium heat. These are flourless pancakes and they take a touch longer to cook. Serve with 100 % pure Maple Syrup and add blueberries if you like!
