If you are new to this, we know how crazy this might sound, but Sauerkraut rocks for keeping your belly in check! Eating fermented foods is one of the secrets of getting and keeping a flat belly. Fair warning, we are not talking about canned sauerkraut that has citric acid and a host of other ingredients...the kraut that we are referring to is in the fridge at your near by health store. 2 tbsp a day keeps the bloat away! Our favorite flavors are Classic Caraway, and Pickle!
