Water Water Water

I used to never trust how important water was to my body. I mean, I knew it was a good idea to drink it, but it wasn't until I started connecting the dots that I realized e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g is connected to how hydrated we are!
When I don't drink it:
●Inflammation is at an all time high ●Bloated ●Exhausted... ●Leg cramps in the middle of the night (those are fun!) ●Puffy under the eyes ●Puffy above the eyes ●Dry skin ●Thirsty ●Excessively hungry ●Chapped lips ●Restless ●Brain fog ●Up on the scale ...To name a few lovely side effects! :)
So, I thought about skipping the rest of my water for today, but then I thought about the alternative which is listed above...soooo I'm chugging-a-lugging now!
