Weekend Love!

Hello Friday! It's normally always a good day isn't it? The weekend's ahead...my brain relaxes...and I love to be in my kitchen milling around in my comfy clothes and making some treats for me and my husband with no time limits or place to be:) This is pure joy!
The music is always playing and while I like to work at my desk everyday to my Jazz station on Pandora, Johnny Cash is always a favorite for us to kick the night off on Fridays:)
Tonight I'm making wheat free, dairy free, sugar free and corn free pizza...it is delicious and I will post that recipe ASAP!
What I really need to be doing right now is packing and getting ready to head to Nashville, TN for 3 nights with Susan and many other fantastic women!
We leave next Thursday and for our group we are all first timers to Coach Summit! SO EXCITED!
All we know is that there will be 25,000 of us there all in training to become better than we've ever been and packing is something I'm just putting off because I'm not quite sure what to bring?:)
It's a really exciting time and what I think I'm most excited for is to see the BIG picture and to meet so many people that I 'know' on-line but have yet to meet in person that are in this Beach Body World! I can't wait to get to know the culture of this incredible company in person, hang out with my sidelines from Kansas City and meet a ton of new people too! I can only imagine coming back even more on-fire to help women lose weight and to change their lives!!! My husband has been a highschool football coach and PE teacher for over 20 years, and now for me to be a Coach too for this past year...well, let's just say we have a new hashtag to us ... #coachcouple:)

I plan on working out hard, sticking to my clean eating schedule, drinking my gallon of water daily, eating my fermented Sauerkraut, taking my pro-biotics, my B-12 and waking up on Monday so ready for the short week ahead and to take off on Thursday for Coach Summit and come back stronger than ever:)
