As much as we are alike, the food we choose is as different as black & white:) Since we've been little my sister, Stacey, has been a spaghetti & meatballs kind of girl... I would prefer something lighter, like shrimp or fish! She would prefer a chocolate piece of cake. I would prefer pudding or a popsicle! :) That's why when we created the menus for our Club 10 groups that we hold monthly, we make sure to to have menus for everyone, whether you like heavier or lighter food! These menus will tell you exactly what to eat to get you HUGE results! You will be eating 5 times a day, you will be hydrated, you will be getting protein, good fats, and good carbs!
