KETCHUP LOVERS!

I like ketchup, actually I think I LOVE ketchup...it just makes everything better. For some it's a private addiction with ranch dressing, & although ranch dressing has been known to get the best of me, KETCHUP is my thing.

I could put it on my eggs, my veggie burgers, my sandwiches, use it as my shrimp cocktail sauce, pour it on casseroles (#kidding), and use it as a dip,...short of making a fresh home made batch of ketchup weekly...there really was no end to this dilemma:)...until I discovered this bottle of "ketchup" at Whole Foods!

Not only is it tasty but it fits our standards of clean eating, and the best part I don't have to spend my time continually making another batch! It leans a bit in the direction of Worcestershire Sauce but nonetheless...still very good!

Especially with summer upon us, I for one, am soooo glad to permanently dump the high fructose corn syrup & stock up on this ketchup by Paleo Chef!

In case you are as interested in the ingredients as we were->Here they are:

Tomato paste, water, orange blossom honey, apple cider vinegar, bananas, onions, golden seedless raisins, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, garlic powder, cinnamon, ground allspice, white pepper, onion powder, ground cloves.
