Good Morning! Happy Sunday!
We hope you're enjoying your morning and as you are sipping on
your coffee this morning what if you started your day off different?
What if you created a brand new week for yourself and you started
today!?
Take out a piece of paper and number it 1-3.
Then fill in each of the three spots with your answer to this question:
"If you could snap your fingers & be catapulted into that DREAM/GOAL
that you long for- what are those top 3 dreams/goals for you?"
Answer this for the 3 most important areas in your life.
After you write your top 3 dreams/goals down THEN, ask yourself
what is the one MOST important thing you would have to do to reach
each goal? Write that down next to the corresponding dream/goal.
LASTLY, ask yourself if you are currently doing 'that' thing?
Write YES or NO next to each line on your paper.
If you answered YES- your goal is coming for you as fast as
a shooting star! If you answered No, that you are NOT doing the ONE MOST
important thing to reach your dream- ask yourself WHY aren't you doing
the one thing it would take?
Whatever answer that just came to mind FIRST, is your 'belief' and it is
why we are still where we are. Our beliefs keep us planted, often safe and
can sometimes keep us stuck for months, years & decades.
On the other hand, our beliefs, when positive, can ALSO propel us
in a split second. A NEW belief is all that it takes to move mountains in all areas of our lives!
The fascinating thing about this is, that a belief can be changed & when an
old belief is altered by a new belief, the new belief leads to new actions & life
begins to change immediately. When our actions change so do our results.
If you want to reach a dream or goal: -Declare the dream/goal. -Decide on the one major thing that would have to happen in order to reach it. -Then think on your new belief relentlessly and go DO that one most important thing daily!
Your body hears everything your mind says, so why not command it to do what you
want it to do instead of living by default!
Let's live on purpose today!
XO, Stacey
