Be You & The World Will Adjust

For as long as I have been old enough to drive I have wanted a truck.

This blog is not about the truck, yet at the same time it is, because no matter what that thing is that you may want, it's time to silence the critics and go for it!

In our 20's I heard "You don't need a truck!" In our 30's I heard "What the heck do you want a truck for?" In our 40's I heard "I just see you in something practical." AT 43 years old....I walked into a dealership and 5 hours later signed on the dotted line for a brand new shiny truck, with nobody elses permission buy MY OWN! It's now 7 months later since this purchase and after many "What in the world, why did you get a truck" comments, the critics are no where to be found, ahhhhh!

The 'disease to please' is a life long struggle for many and the only thing it really does is keep us stuck! Bottom line...whether it's a job, a truck, a relationship...stay true to you!!!! As our Dad use to say: "There's Only One You!" Be you sooner than later!!!!
